Brushing Technique and Timings – Brushing is very important for dental health and the ideal time to brush teeth is after meals. Because Soft bristles are kinder on your gums, always choose a toothbrush with a soft small head for better access to inner teeth.  Tooth brushing should take between two and three minutes. Use a slow and gentle motion.

Prefer fluoridated toothpaste - Conventional toothpaste make your teeth look pretty and feel clean while they slowly erode the tooth and gums. The ingredients present in toothpaste named fluoride helps to harden tooth enamel . there is  involvement of endocrine disrupter in it which calcifies the penile gland  and can reduce thyroid and adrenal gland function.

Avoid Junk Foods and Soft- Drinks. Acidic Foods are always harmful to our teeth that can soften tooth material and dissolve the minerals in tooth enamel which become main cause of cavities.  In Mostly cases, teeth may be ‘eaten’ right down to the gum.

Say Big No to sugary foods. Bacteria in dental plaque change sugars into acids, so cut down your sugar intake as much as possible.
